DCHC website uses a DHTML and JavaScript languages and as a result, your browser may in some cases display a yellow tab on top of the page and it should contain this warning "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer". All what you have to do is to left-click the yellow tab and choose "Allow Blocked Content" from the menu.

The DCHC website uses a number of different file formats to present information. Our technical team is ensuring the use of standard file formats across the web, no information is presented in any other non-standard formats.

  1. From the 'Tools'  menu on the task bar, select 'Internet Options'
  2. Click on the 'Privacy' tab
  3. Choose the level of cookie security you want, ranging from Block All Cookies, High, Medium High, Medium (default level), Low and Accept All Cookies
  4. Click 'OK'

  3. Scroll down to the 'Cookies' section and set 'Disable'
  4. Click 'OK'

  1. From the 'Edit' menu on the task bar, select 'Preferences'
  2. Select 'Advanced' from the left hand menu
  3. Select 'Disable cookies'

(Netscape Navigator 3 does not have an option to completely disable accepting cookies)

  1. Select Options from the main task bar then 'Network Preferences'

  2. Change to the 'Protocols' tab

  3. Check "Accepting a Cookie" under the 'Show an Alert Before' option
