Damietta Container & Cargo Handling Co. (DCHC) has acquired two new STS cranes for container terminal at Damietta port - Egypt. The two ship-to-shore gantry cranes arrived on board MV ZHEN HUA 11 in September 2011. Super post-panamax STS cranes are built by ZPMC. In addition to the current 8 STS, the new equipment will ensure better operational productivity. This brings the number of gantry cranes on the terminal to 10 cranes. |
